Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Ryan, the founder of VoterConnect. As a high school student and Mill Valley resident, I created this site because I care about Marin and want to see younger voters getting involved in local government. VoterConnect was built to match voters with the candidates most aligned with them on the issues they care about, and get Marin more involved in its local government.

What VoterConnect is About
VoterConnect is all about empowering Marin County voters. We believe that the more people vote, the better local government will be. But for people to vote, they need to believe their vote matters. They need to know that they’re voting for the people that care about what they care about. They need a reason to think their vote will help make the changes they want to see in their community. But when it comes to local elections it’s hard to know what the candidates stand for. So, we created VoterConnect to match them with the people running for office that share their priorities for local government and let them know how, when and where to vote for them.
